Revolutionary Control Unit for Driveway Heating SystemsWarmzone Introduces Innovative Control Unit for Driveway Snow Melting Systems
The snowmelt control unit features an easy-to-use digital operator interface with programmable timer and manual override capability. Users can easily program the system to activate for an allotted time and then shutoff when the time has expired. The manual operation feature grants users the flexibility of turning on their systems to melt snowdrifts as a result of high winds or other conditions. The control unit does not contain any external mechanical parts, enhancing its rugged design and reliability. An outdoor snow sensor is connected to the master control unit and activates the heated snowmelt system when needed. The sensor plate automatically triggers the snow melting system when it detects precipitation and temperatures are below 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
The unit remains off unless activated manually or by the snow sensor. Electric snow melting systems are energy efficient and perform reliably under extreme winter weather conditions. The DMC-100 master control unit is designed to accommodate extension units (EXU-100), which can be used in conjunction with the master control box to extend the system's heating capabilities to provide snow melting for large areas, such as parking lots, loading platforms, commercial walkways, etc. The new Warmzone master control box is virtually unparalleled in its performance, flexibility and ease of use, making it the premier driveway heating and snowmelt control unit on the market today.
